Yes. Dr. William Fox is accepting new patients at Texas Endovascular’s Central Houston clinic in Bellaire. He evaluates and treats a wide range of vascular and other conditions, including vein disease, peripheral artery disease (PAD), uterine fibroids, varicocele and chronic plantar fasciitis.

Yes. Dr. Fox is double board-certified in interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology. He completed fellowship training in vascular and interventional radiology at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he later served as an assistant professor and directed education for residents and fellows.
His more than 25 years of experience include extensive expertise in minimally invasive, image-guided treatment for vascular and other conditions.
A referral is not required for most patients to schedule a consultation with Dr. Fox. Some insurance plans may require a referral or prior authorization before your visit. An interventional radiologist is a physician who specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. Using real-time imaging, an interventional radiologist can guide small instruments through a tiny access point to diagnose or treat a condition.
Depending on the condition and procedure, this approach may offer an alternative to traditional surgery, with smaller incisions and less disruption to the body.
Dr. Fox brings more than 25 years of experience in vascular and interventional medicine, including extensive experience developing outpatient approaches to minimally invasive vascular care.
Your consultation is designed to answer two important questions: What is causing your symptoms, and what are your treatment options?
Dr. Fox reviews your medical history, prior imaging and other relevant records. When appropriate, he may perform an examination or ultrasound to better understand your condition. He then explains what he finds and discusses your options, including nonsurgical approaches or treatments performed by other specialists when they may be a better fit.
The goal is to give you the information you need to make a confident, informed decision about your care. You are not expected to decide on a procedure during your first visit.
