Conditions treated with minimally invasive precision at Texas Endovascular

Dr. Hardee treats a wide range of vascular and embolization conditions using image-guided, non-surgical techniques that reduce downtime and improve long-term outcomes, including:

  • Spider and varicose veins: Minimally invasive ablation and sclerotherapy techniques are used to restore healthy circulation and relieve discomfort.
  • Vein disease: Comprehensive care is provided to ease aching, reduce swelling, and improve skin health caused by poor blood flow.
  • Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD): Angioplasty, atherectomy, and stenting are used to improve blood flow and decrease leg pain during activity.
  • Plantar fasciitis: Advanced embolization is performed to reduce chronic heel pain and improve mobility.
  • Uterine fibroids:Uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) offers a non-surgical option to relieve heavy bleeding, pressure, and pelvic pain while preserving the uterus.
  • Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH):Prostate artery embolization (PAE) provides relief from urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate, without surgery or prolonged recovery.
  • Hemorrhoids:Hemorrhoid artery embolization (HAE) offers a minimally invasive treatment to reduce bleeding and discomfort from internal hemorrhoids.
  • Joint conditions: Targeted embolization procedures, including genicular artery embolization (GAE) for chronic knee pain, are used to reduce inflammation and improve mobility. Additional joint-related treatments include embolization for plantar fasciitis (chronic heel pain), frozen shoulder, and tennis or golfer’s elbow. Each procedure is designed to relieve pain, restore range of motion, and support long-term functional recovery

Hear Dr. Hardee explain how incompetent perforator veins contribute to venous insufficiency by allowing high-pressure blood flow to damage surrounding tissue. Learn how Endovenous Radiofrequency Perforator Ablation provides a minimally invasive, outpatient solution to seal off these faulty veins.
