The professional and friendly team at Texas Endovascular dedicates their time to providing the best possible care and supporting our physicians in treating vascular, vein, fibroid and other diseases in an outpatient, office-based setting in the Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Bellaire and surrounding communities in Texas.
Jackie, front office coordinator, has worked with Dr. Fox for over three years. Jackie is an outstanding ambassador, making our TEA patients feel welcomed and comfortable the moment they step into our Bellaire office.
Aside from keeping the Bellaire office running smoothly, Jackie enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves planning parties, going to the gym, FaceTiming her nephews who live in New Mexico, and spending time with her “fur baby”, Marley.
Joy, our physician liaison and patient coordinator, is a graduate of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business. She works diligently to keep us connected with our referring physicians and our patients.
Outside of work, Joy’s latest passion is being a new mom to her precious baby girl. She also loves antique shopping, crafts, traveling and golfing. Aside from being a mom to Baby Kai, Joy keeps tabs on her four-legged “kids” – Ollie and Atlas. She loves being the office cat lady almost as much as she loves being a mom.
Sindy, the front office coordinator, also known as The Katy Hostess with the Mostest, has been working with Dr. Hardee for over three years.
Sindy has an “alter ego” as the office clown (usually at Erik’s expense). When she’s not at the office, Sindy enjoys spending quality time with her family, walking her dogs, sporting events, and teaching Erik Spanish.
Lisa, our esteemed nurse, is a graduate of Texas A&M University. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Community Health at A&M, Lisa was called by the universe (or her brother, who gives good advice) into becoming a nurse.
Lisa’s favorite pastimes include: CrossFit training, spending time outdoors, making memories with her family, and traveling with her husband Brian. Together they parent their Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Anderson James. Andy is their only fur baby – and “King of the House”. Lisa is always ready to show you hundreds of pictures of Andy at any time.
Erik Frazar, our beloved and esteemed practice manager, has over 10 years’ experience in health care, which is clearly reflected on his personal connection with our patients. In addition, he plays furniture mover and handyman to make sure our facility is always “client ready”.
Outside of the office, Erik enjoys just about every extracurricular outdoor hobby possible – and he has the gear to prove it! His favorites include: his weekly bowling league, fishing, snow skiing, and mountain biking. He shares all these activities with the love of his life, a 12-year-old Weimaraner named Blue.
Kristin, our radiologist practitioner assistant, is a graduate of Oregon Tech University with over for eight years of experience. After completing her bachelor’s degree and moving to Texas, she obtained her master’s degree. She has worked with Dr. Fox and Dr. Hardee for over three years. Aside from being the wind beneath the wings of Dr. Fox and Dr. Hardee, Kristin enjoys gardening, sewing, soap-making and spending time with her son Grant (aka G-Money), dog Gus (aka Gusamus) and cat Big Kitty.
Tammy, graduated from Ultrasound Diagnostic School (Dallas) in 2000. Most of her ultrasound experience has been with accredited vascular labs in hospital settings. Tammy left the hospital environment in 2012 and has since been doing detailed reflux studies with Dr. Fox and Dr. Hardee. Although Tammy is from Dallas, her husband is originally from Houston. Shortly after their marriage, Tammy and her hubby moved to Houston to raise their family. They are blessed with three beautiful daughters. Tammy spends her free time attending one of the girls’ many activities. She loves running and reading.
